Helen Nguyen
Senior Pensions Executive, Law Debenture Pension Trustees
Helen is a pensions actuary with over 25 years’ experience in the pensions industry, having spent time at Mercer working as a consulting actuary before moving to focus on Pension Governance. She works with a variety of clients providing trustee secretarial and governance services, including working alongside trustee board to ensure they have the support they need to fulfil their trustee duties.
Helen currently leads Law Debenture’s response to the Pensions Regulators General Code, supporting both clients and our Trustee Directors work to fulfil the requirements of the Code.
Lucy Cresswell
Partner, Barnett Waddingham LLP
Lucy is a Partner and Head of Pensions Governance and Secretariat at Barnett Waddingham, and is one of the dedicated governance specialists within their Board Management Services team. As well as focussing on the provision of secretarial and governance services, she specialises in supporting special projects.
Lucy has 25 years’ experience of working with a variety of pension and corporate clients across the full spectrum of governance, executive and secretariat services, ranging from FTSE 100 through to charities.
Jade Rigby
Senior Associate, Hogan Lovells
Jade is a Senior Associate in the Pensions team at Hogan Lovells. She advises trustees and employers of both occupational defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes on a range of pension law issues. Jade is the ‘go-to’ person in the team for new legal developments and has particular expertise in ESG, data protection and all things dashboard.
