Helen is a seasoned governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) leader with 25+ years’ experience across technology, finance, retail, and public sectors. As founder of Risk Evolves, now part of Barnett Waddingham, she provides practical, business-focused support in cyber and information security, data privacy, risk evaluation, business continuity, regulatory compliance, and ISO implementation. Known for her clear, jargon-free approach, Helen helps organisations build resilience, seize opportunities confidently, and foster risk-aware cultures.

Emma Pittaway (Chair)

Professional Trustee, Law Debenture

Emma is a professional trustee at Law Debenture, having previously Head of Fiduciary and OCIO Research within the investment team at PwC, responsible for pension-scheme related investment advice and support to corporate clients and UK DB pension schemes. She has over 14 years of actuarial experience, having previously supported and advised trustees in her time at Cardano Risk Management and Aon.
