Steve Hitchiner
Partner, Barnett Waddingham LLP
Steve is a partner and actuary at Barnett Waddingham with wide ranging pensions advisory expertise. He is prominent in the industry across a variety of topics and is the immediate-past President of the Society of Pension Professionals.
Trishna Patel
Principal, Lane, Clark and Peacock
Trishna’s main focus is providing advice to pension scheme trustees on all aspects of day-to-day scheme management and funding, having worked in this field for nearly 20 years. She is an actuary who is a key member of LCP’s Pensions Tax Group which has responsibility for analysing legislation and disseminating this to promote best practice throughout the firm. Trishna provides training on Pensions Tax to trainee actuaries within LCP. Trishna’s other specialism is GMP equalisation, and she has also supported trustees with implementing complex benefit rectification exercises involving large amounts of member data and many different stakeholders.
Paul Moffatt

I’m a Director in our public service team and lead our work in the healthcare sector, on the unfunded public service schemes and on pensions tax. I’m also part of the leadership team in our Leeds office working with a brilliant, dynamic group of people, from our talented new graduates to our senior team, many of whom I’ve worked with for over a decade. Becoming Isio has been an exciting journey and I’m certain we will continue to grow and make our mark on the industry.

Once described by Chambers Guide as ‘an old head on young shoulders’, Edward Brown is a partner in the Hogan Lovells pension team. Hogan Lovells born and bred, Edward trained at the firm, qualified in 2005, and became a partner on 1 January 2013. Edward advises the full range of pension clients from FTSE100 companies, trustees and master trusts.
