Richard has more than 25 years’ experience of advising trustees and employers on a full range of non-contentious pensions-related legal matters and projects, including scheme mergers, scheme wind-ups, closure to accrual, benefit changes and other amendments, employer debt issues, drafting of trust deeds and rules, as well as providing routine ongoing advice.
He has for many years been ranked as a leading individual in the Legal 500 UK.
