Thomas designs digital experiences for Scottish Widows. He led AI at the pensions communication consultancy Quietroom, has won awards for studying how AI is changing member behaviour, and hosts the Pensions and AI podcast.
Sam Turner
Director of Systems Innovation, EV
Sam is the Director of Systems Innovation at EV, where he leads the convergence of automated financial planning and advisory efficiency. With a 20-year career in financial services, most notably as director of wealth at Altus Consulting, Sam is a specialist in streamlining complex advice processes and helping firms navigate shifting market landscapes. He plays a pivotal role in shaping EV’s AI strategy, ensuring intelligent technology integrates seamlessly and purposefully into the wider wealthtech ecosystem.
Dominic Makemson
Associate Partner, Aon
Dominic is an Associate Partner at Aon. He co-leads Aon’s AI in pensions thinking, and more generally supports operational effectiveness within Aon’s UK Wealth business, with a focus on technology.
Paul Neville
Executive Director of Digital, Data and Technology, The Pensions Regulator
Paul has extensive experience in digital, technology and business change across commercial and not-for-profit sectors. His early career was in the commercial sector, for example delivering large technology and operational change programmes in BT and transforming Sky’s eCommerce platform using agile and user-centered approaches.
Paul was one of the founders of the London Office of Technology & Innovation, has featured regularly in digital industry publications and has been recognised for his work via the CIO 100 list.
