Doug Flint
Senior Investment Consultant | Head of UK Corporate Investment, Aon
Doug leads Aon’s Corporate Investment practice and is responsible for all investment relationships with Sponsors of UK corporate pension arrangements.
He leads a portfolio of clients ranging from £25m to over £25bn. While Doug specialises in advising Sponsors, he also works closely with Trustee Boards, enabling him to understand both perspectives, and create collaborative relationships no matter what ‘side of the fence’ he sits on.
Heather Lucas (Chair)
Senior Associate, Pinsent Masons
Heather is a Senior Associate in the pensions team at Pinsent Masons LLP, based in the Manchester office.
Heather advises trustee and corporate clients on all aspects of pensions law, including benefit changes, scheme governance, scheme mergers and transfers to master trusts, the impact of corporate reorganisations and flexible apportionment arrangements.
Heather has a particular interest in advising trustee clients on buy-ins and buy-outs with a wide range of insurers and advises on scheme wind-ups.
