Ian is CEO of Muse Advisory, an independent consultancy that supports trustees and sponsors to improve the governance and management of their pension schemes. Ian took a 3 month secondment into the DC pensions team of a big insurer quite a few years ago, and has still not managed to escape. He has a background in administration and DC matters, but now helps trustees across the full range of strategic and operational support that Muse delivers.

Head of Pensions Technical, Aptia Group
John is Head of Pensions Technical at Aptia, responsible for leading a small but busy research function and keeping the business and its clients up to date with all developments in employee benefits law and practice. John is also a key spokesperson for his company and author of its annual thought leadership ‘white paper’.
